Return Policy
Returns are only accepted if made after three (3) business days (Monday- Saturday) after delivery of your order. And email must be sent to our business email address at: abagatingz@gmail.com to lodge a complaint, stating why a return is being requested.

Returns are only accepted for items which were damage while being transported to you. We do not accept returns for products which are in you care, custody and control for more than three business days from date of being delivered to you.

Refund Policy
We do not issue refund where the fault is an error of yours. Refunds are only granted in exceptional circumstances. To commence a refund, please email us at: abagatingz@gmail.com with your order number and stating the reason for the refund.
